4r-Workshop (NEW): Intro to Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0

Length: 3 Hours

Learning Objective: Upon successful completion of the Intro to Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 workshop, the learner will be able to:

  • Understand difference between Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader
  • Navigate and manage PDF documents
  • Create PDF documents from a variety of sources
  • Make simple edits and modifications to PDF documents
  • Fill in Forms
  • Create basic forms (if time allows)

Description: Adobe Acrobat PDF documents are a universal, portable, and extremely useful format for viewing, printing, and sharing documents. Learn how to get the most out of this software program.

Methodology: Hands-on

Prerequisites: You must have a legal license of Adobe Acrobate 7.0. It is available though OIT's site license office. The cost is:

  • Professional 7 License = $48
  • Professional 7 Maintenance (expires 10/31/07) = $19
