4d-Workshop: Microsoft Access - Designing Reports

Length: 3 hours

Learning Objective: Upon successful completion of the Designing Reports workshop, the learner will be able to:

bypass the report wizard to get a more customized report
design queries that will enhance reports
use multiple queries with one report
create grouped reports with record counts and sums by group
create crosstab queries for summary reports

Description: This workshop goes beyond using the built in report wizard and will demonstrate how to create customized reports. Both users who have never created reports and users who have some experience with the Access report designer will learn new concepts. Some previous experience with Access tables and queries is desirable.
