UME Impact Teams Co-Leader Connect Session

Target Audience: UME Impact Team Co-Leaders

Length: 2 hrs

Learning Objective: Team co-leaders will share their 2010 TEPs with other team co-leaders. Each team will give the following information about their TEPs:

1. Brief situation statement

2. Major outcome(s) for the year and indicators

3. Action teams which have been created and what they plan to do in 2010

4. List of educators who have become team affiliates

Core Competencies addressed are Knowledge of the Organization, Leadership, and Technical/Subject Matter Expertise.

Description: This session will be conducted via Connect on Monday, October 26, from noon until 2pm. Each team will have ten minutes to present a summary of their 2010 Team Plan.

Pre-Work: Review all team logic models and TEPs posted on the UME Impact Team Wiki.
