To obtain information about the call
AVOID AUTO, SNAPSHOT, SLIDES
To set a camera preset
To cancel all camera presets
Picture in Picture (PIP): Single Monitor System
To remove the PIP
To have PIP always on
To end a video call
To turn the system off
Polycom Remote Control:
When you turn on your Polycom unit, you will be greeted by an initial calling choice screen.
You can place two different types of calls from this menu:
To place a manual video, highlight video call and press the Call Button on the remote control.
To Zoom IN, press on the plus and to Zoom OUT, press on the minus.
Press the mute button to mute the local audio (note - notice the mute icon on the screen)
Press the mute again to unmute the local audio.
Up and down arrows increases and decrease the volume of your INCOMING audio (note - this does NOT effect how well the remote site(s) hear you. You may also need to control the volume of your monitor.
Bring you back to the initial calling screen:
Press the MENU button
To obtain information about the call:
Press the INFO button
AVOID for the time being the following:
AUTO
SNAPSHOT
SLIDES
Picture in Picture (PIP): Single Monitor System
When a video call is first completed, the picture form the main camera at the far end is displayed as the large image in the main monitor and the picture form the local camera is displayed on the main monitor as a small picture (PIP) in the lower right corner of the main picture.
To remove the PIP, put the remote control down
