RELATIONAL STATE WIDE ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING SYSTEM
	To Send a R*STARS payment to another State of Maryland Agency
		The College Park Office of the Comptroller, System Control will need the following from you:
			1	Name of the State agency you are sending the payment to
			2	The Agency Code of the State agency you are sending the payment to (the agency you are paying can give you this information)
			3	Six digit FRS account number along with the four digit Revenue or Expense sub code to be credited
			4	Description (20 characters or less) that you wish to appear on your FRS statement
			5	Amount
			6	Contact System Control as described below. System Control is the only office that can send and receive R*STARS payments.
