	To Receive a R*STARS payment from another State of Maryland Agency
	STEP ONE
		The other State agency will need the following from you in order for them to send the funds -
			University of Maryland RSTARS Account
			Agency Code: R32
			Transaction Code: 410
			PCA: 02440
			Object Code: 8337
	STEP TWO
		The College Park Office of the Comptroller, System Control will need the following from you:
			1	Name of the Agency sending the payment
			2	Six digit FRS account number along with the four digit Revenue or Expense sub code to be credited
			3	Description (20 characters or less) that you wish to appear on your FRS statement
			4	Amount
			5	R*STARS document number (if available)
				You can only get the R*STARS document number from the other agency making the payment
